Why is your offer lower than the prices I see online?

Those are retail prices. Stores mark jewelry up a lot – often 2 to 5 times what they paid. Our offer is based on what dealers pay – the wholesale price.

Does my jewelry need to be signed?

No. Many older pieces are not signed, and that is fine.

Should I clean/polish my jewelry? No. Tarnish is fine – do not polish it.

Do I have to live in New Mexico?

How and when do I get paid?

We pay within one business day after we receive your package. You choose: check by Priority Mail or PayPal.

Can my offer change after you receive my jewelry?

Only if an item is missing, not sterling silver, or in much worse condition than shown in the photos. We will tell you why and send you a new offer. If you say no, we return your jewelry at our cost.
